Anna Silk, born January 31st, 1974 in Fredericton, New Brunswick Canada is an actress most well-known for her role as Bo in the Showcase series Lost Girl. Silk was born Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada. Ilkay Silk is the daughter of Peter, an academic and Peter Silk, who was an actor, director, producer, writer, teacher, as well as Director of Drama at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna was a child and watched her mother while at work, and also attending practice sessions for plays. Silk was a small girl in commercials. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Arts in 1997 from St. Thomas University in 1997. The couple renewed their vows on April 10th, 2011 in Fredericton, after the woman was converted to Judaism. Silk Cooperman's son was born in May 2013, a son who was named Samuel Jerome Cooperman. Levi Aaron, her second son was born on 13 May in 2016. Silk is famous for her tv role in the role of Cassidy Holland, in Being Erica. In 2009, she was nominated by for the Gemini Awards. In 2009, she got the main character role of Bo Dennis a succubus in the Canadian television show Lost Girl. Silk was expecting while shooting the final season of the third series. The actress announced her pregnancy to fans during the Showcase Season Three pre-show special on January 6, 2013. Silk is involved in the production of Lost Girl since the season's third finale episode was conceived on the 6th of January, 2013, announced on Twitter her readiness to return on the 4th of June 2013 when Showcase and Prodigy Pictures began production on the fourth. CNN Cable News Network named Bo together with Lauren Zoie Palmer as the same-sex couple on Lost Girl to be one of their top TV Couples ever. E! Magazine declared them Top Television Couples in 2013 Entertainment Television. Because of Silk's popularity Silk has gained a large online following on social media.
